Michael JohnBLAKEPassed away suddenly at Hospital on the 20th July 2021, aged 68 years old. Much loved Dad, Brother, Gdad and Uncle to many. He will be sadly missed, especially by Chewy. A funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Monday 16th August at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations can be made in memory of Michael directly to the PDSA.
