Michael JohnBLAKEPassed away suddenly at Hospital on the 20th July 2021, aged 68 years old. Much loved Dad, Brother, Gdad and Uncle to many. He will be sadly missed, especially by Chewy. A funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Monday 16th August at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations can be made in memory of Michael directly to the PDSA. Merry Christmas dad i couldn't get to you this year but I know you know I was there maby when the ground drys out a bit more poor michael nearly slipped over 3 times which I know would of made you giggle hope the whiskey went gown a treat love you loads dad an miss you more Andrea ❤️
