It is with immeasurable sadness that we announce the passing of our precious baby boy, Lando, who left us far too soon, just one day before his 9-month birthday.
Although Lando spent much of his short life in hospital, he faced every challenge with incredible strength and determination. He showed us all what true courage looked like. His final eight weeks at home were a treasured gift, filled with the love, comfort, and togetherness that we wish we could have had forever.
Lando was deeply loved by his mummy and daddy, adored by his big brother and sister, and cherished by all of his family and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. In his short life, he taught us about strength, resilience, unconditional love, and finding joy even in the hardest of circumstances.
Though our hearts are broken, we are endlessly grateful to have been chosen to be Lando's family. We will miss his beautiful smile, his determined spirit, and the happiness he brought into our lives every single day. Our darling boy will forever be a part of us. We will carry him in our hearts for the rest of our lives, speaking his name with love and remembering the remarkable little person he was.
A celebration of Lando's beautiful life will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Wednesday 15th July at 10.30am. Family and friends are warmly invited to join us as we honour and remember our precious baby.
