Thanks to friends and relatives for floral tributes, cards and donations received following the sad loss of David. Thanks to the Macmillan Nurses, Dr. Porter at Whickham Health Centre and all the medical teams involved in caring for David at the R.V.I., Newcastle General Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital and special thanks to the team at the Springwell Unit at Dunston Hill Hospital.
