JasonBLOWAfter a courageous battle of 8 years, Jake passed away peacefully with family by his side on the 17th of July 2025 at Lindsey Lodge Hospice, aged 53 years.

Dearly loved son of Muriel and the late Geoffrey, brother to Andy and the late Rob, brother-in-law to Vicki, uncle to Andrea, Danny and Olivia, great-uncle to Reo and Roux. Jake is much loved and missed by all.

Would family and friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Friday the 1st of August 2025 at 2pm for service and committal.

No flowers please, although donations in Jake's memory are gratefully accepted for 'Lindsey Lodge Hospice' and 'Macmillan' c/o
