MartinBOOTHAlison would like to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours and Holmfirth Harriers who attended Martin's Thanksgiving service. The overwhelming support of so many was a great comfort and a tremendous tribute to Martin. Thanks also for the many cards of condolence, expressions of sympathy and flowers received and for the generous donations for Trinity Church and the Holme Valley Patient Transport Scheme (Honley Surgery). Grateful thanks go to the Doctors and all staff at Honley surgery for their care of Martin over the years, the District Nurses past and present, Dr Feyler and the Haematology team at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Kirklees Carers and Burgundy Care Services. Heartfelt thanks to Patience and Patkay Care Services for looking after Martin in his final days. Special thanks to Rev Helen Roberts for her visit, kind words, lovely service and fitting tribute. Thanks are extended to The Travellers Rest for their warm hospitality and excellent catering. Many thanks to Gwen and Andrew and all at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their patience, thoughtfulness, support and exceptional funeral arrangements. Finally, the biggest thank you goes to Jayne and Helen and families for their unconditional love and support.
