OliveBOOTHBOOTH The Family of the late Mrs OLIVE Booth wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their very kind thoughts of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes and donations for Cancer Relief and Queenscourt Hospice received in their recent sad loss of a dear Mother. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Lincoln House Surgery and Ward 9a, Southport District General Hospital for their every care and attention, also Staff at Chase Heys for their love and kindness. Grateful thanks also to Rev Sue Calveley for her kind ministrations and all staff of Moisters for their help and dignified funeral arrangements.
