Colin married my sister Jill Edwards when he worked for Anglia TV and they almost immediately emigrated to Australia.
They soon returned to England and divorced.
Colin Bower was a huge friend to me and advised me to take my talents abroad and I can never thank him enough for his brief friendship and excellent advice which I followed.
