MichaelBOWERMarie and family and Mike's mum Kathleen wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours, the Mayor of Kirklees, Councillor Karam Hussain, all Mike's colleagues past and present from Council Services, Parish Councils and all the various organisations for their unfailing support, kind words, cards, letters and beautiful flowers received in their sad bereavement. The attendance of so many at church was overwhelming and a wonderful tribute to Mike and much appreciated by the family, as are the generous donations given for the Lamplighters. Grateful thanks to the Doctors and Staff, Ward 19A Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and especially Dr Chakrabarty and his staff for their support and attention and to all at PALS for their help and kindness. Special thanks to Gill Roberts and the choir of Brockholes C of E School for their wonderful singing, also to Rev David Barnes for his visit, kind words and moving Service.
