BrianBOWKERBrian Edwin 'Bugsy' Bowker born 24th December 1940, aged 81 years young, bravely fought cancer and passed away on 18th March 2022. Brian is now with wife Cassey and is survived by Andy and Steph who miss him dearly, as will his family and friends. A Royal Navy and NHS Mechanician, he lived on wooden boats and steamboats, an 'original' of Topsham life for over 80 years. He is remembered as nautical, remarkable and unmistakable. Boisterous, intelligent, deep thinking, practical, principled, unpretentious, one of a kind; unique. An irreplaceable original. Missed. Loved. Always with us. Funeral Service to be held 28th April, 12 Noon, at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium (St Paul's Chapel). Family flowers only.
