Peacefully in hospital on 28th June 2015, aged 41 years, Jackie, dearly loved mother of James also a much loved sister and Auntie who will be dearly missed and always in our hearts. Would friends please meet for Funeral Service at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 10th July at 2.30pm. Flowers welcome. All welcome afterwards to Teams Social Club. All enquiries to W.
