Joan, loving mother to Stephen, Barrie, Anne and David and proud grandmother and great grandmother to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Joan will be sadly missed by all her family and friends everywhere.
Funeral service Thursday 4th September, 14:30 Ty-Hedd Chapel.
Joan requested no flowers but donations can be made in her memory to the Heart Foundation.
