Annie ElizabethBREWER(Biz) Mavis and family of the late Annie Elizabeth would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at York District Hospital including the A & E Department and Ward 24, especially Ward Sister Mandy, also the Doctors at Petergate Surgery in York, particularly Doctor Ahluwalia, mum's GP. I would like to thank relatives and friends for all the cards and flowers.
