MichaelBROOK(Mick) Kate, Michael, Claire and Laura would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, letters of condolence and donations to Macmillan Cancer Support received following the sad loss of Mick. A very special thanks to Dr. Ram of Oncology at H.R.I for his continuous care of Mick over the years, and many thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses on Ward 12 for the care and support given to Mick during his final days. A great big thank you to Roger Payne for his brilliant service and wonderful Tribute to Mick, to Lesley at Hobson's florist for the beautiful floral arrangement, and to the Elephant and Castle for their refreshments and hospitality.
