Derek HartleyBROWNPeacefully at rest on Wednesday 25th June 2025 at The Royal Stoke University Hospital Derek aged 90 years of Rough Close. The dearly beloved husband of 33 years to the late Hilary and previously to the late Barbara Brown ( Nee Clegg ). The adored dad of Andrew and Rebecca. Loving stepfather of Melanie and Vanessa. A dear father in law and a devoted grandy. A much loved brother, brother in law and uncle. Derek will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.
A private committal service will take place at Stafford Crematorium, followed by a service of celebration and thanksgiving for the life of Derek at Broadway Methodist Church, Pickford Place, Meir at 12.30pm. On Tuesday 15th July 2025.
Would relatives and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at The Church.
No floral tributes by request. Donations in memory of Derek would be much appreciated and will be divided between Broadway Methodist Church and MIND.
