Mary ElizaBROWNThe family of the late Mary Brown, of North Kelsey Road, Caistor, wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy received during their recent bereavement.
Special thanks are extended to all who attended Mary's funeral service at St Peter and St Paul Church, Caistor and to those who sent floral tributes or made donations in her memory to Lindsey Lodge Hospice. Your generosity and thoughtfulness have been deeply appreciated.
Mary's sisters, Irene and Carole, together with her son Alan and his wife Tracy (Margaret), were greatly comforted by the presence of so many of Mary's friends from across the Caistor area and relatives from across England. they also wish to thank Reverend Catherine Wylie for conducting both the church and graveside services with such warmth and dignity. The family also thank the staff of Kettles and Dignity funerals for their exemplary services.
Following the burial at Caistor Cemetery, the family were heartened by all who joined them at the wake held at Caistor Sports Club, which provided a fitting conclusion to a life well lived and fondly remembered.
Mary truly 'had a good send-off' and her family thank everyone who helped to make it so.
