Special thanks to all of Joshua's friends at Acklam Grange School and all his footballing friends. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Bate, Headmaster at Acklam Grange and the Rev. Eric Wilson for helping to make Joshua's Funeral such a sincere and personal service. Special thanks also to the Co-operative Funeral Service staff who were a fantastic support and especially John Peacock, without whose personal commitment we would have been unable to manage this very sad task.
