Rob was a loving, caring, thoughtful man who had a great sense of humour He was always making fun of us and telling us ridiculous jokes.
He would turn up to watch the Tomi and Sam play rugby in all weathers and be the loudest one shouting on the pitch. He fulfilled the role of surrogate grandpa for Tomi and was the perfect role model for Maisie and Sam always ready to listen always ready with sensible advice.
He would be there on babysitting Duty with Granny Chris causing mayhem and they were such a perfect duo
He used to tease Steve about the swans with a mischievous smile on his face. Paula always shared the knowledge that he had given her about cricket with us and used to score at the boys cricket matches. She loved going to watch the cricket with her dad.. He has left us with beautiful memories and our hearts and thoughts are with the family at this sad time.
