Funeral service at Yeovil Crematorium on Monday 26th September at 3.00 pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired made payable to The Diabetic Society may be forwarded to Forsey and Son, Funeral Directors, 28 High Street, Butleigh, Glastonbury. BA6 8SY.
