Rhiannon, Haf and family wish to express their sincere thanks for the sympathy and kindness shown to them during their recent bereavement of losing a priceless husband, father and grandfather, and for the generous donations received towards Asthma & Lung UK. A heartfelt thanks to Seashells Care Agency, for their careful and tender care of Joe over the past two years & to Dr. Weis & staff at Gwrych Medical Centre, Abergele. We are very grateful to the Reverend Brian H. Jones for conducting a touching service, the Reverend Ifor ap Gwilym and Delyth MacRae for their dignified presentation of the tribute, to the Reverend Nesta Davies for her comforting reading, to Mererid Ap Gwilym for her outstanding contribution on the organ, to Carol Wynne and her team for the commendable refreshments following the service and to Arwel and RW Roberts & Son, for the thorough funeral arrangements.
