The family of the late Kathryn wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for their kindness, sympathy messages of condolence, floral tributes and generous donations at this sad time. Special thanks to all staff at Marie Curie Hospice for the loving care given to Kathryn and her family, also ward 38 at the General Hospital, staff at the R.V.I, family doctors and District Nurses at Swarland Avenue Surgery, Macmillan Nurse Pam for all her help and care, to Chaplain David Shaw for his comforting service, also to W.S. Harrison for all their help with funeral arrangements.
