MikeBURNSLiz and the family of the late Mike Burns of Pendeen would like to express their sincere thanks to both the medical and non-medical staff of Atlantic Medical Group and specifically Cape Cornwall Surgery, Community Nurses, Palliative Care, Physiotherapists and the staff at West Cornwall Hospital Outpatients. Grateful thanks are also due to family and friends for their loving help and support and for the cards and messages of sympathy received during their recent bereavement. Thanks also to Reverend Alison Roberts for officiating at the service, to those who attended, for donations to the Penzance Foodbank received in Mike's memory and to West Cornwall Golf Club for providing the refreshments.
