Beloved Wife of the late Billy. Dearly loved Mam of Julie and Michael. A dear Mother-in-law of Eric and Susan and a cherished Nana of Liam, Reece, Courtney and Ellie also a treasured Great Nana of Olivia and Tommy.
Pat will be sadly missed by all family and friends.
Cremation at the West Road Crematorium on Wednesday 17th December at 11.15am. Friends please meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only or donations in lieu of flowers if desired to The British Heart Foundation.
