James JosephBURNSIt is with great sadness that the family announce that "Jim" passed away peacefully at Queens Hospital, Burton-Upon-Trent, at 6am on the 21st February 2026, aged 82 years.

Beloved father of Maria and grandson Jordan. Much loved husband to the late Chrissie, step-father to Tracey, Rachel, her husband Mark, grandad to Lilah and the late Lily.
He will be deeply missed by his brother, sisters, extended family and all who knew him.

"Ar dheis Dé go. raibh a anam"

Jim's service will be held on Tuesday 17th March at 10.30am, in the Cedar Room at Bretby Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request.
Donations in Jim's memory will benefit St Giles Hospice and Friends 2 Friends, Burton and may be placed in the collection box at his service.
