Our Wondrous Love . . .
Our love is solid like the ancient rocks of old Stonehenge,
A Bridge so strong and long, where every Golden Gate Extends.
Romantic and as bright, Aurora Borealis pardon,
held tight as stalactites in Babylon, the Hanging Garden.
Our love can move mount Everest, make Pisa tower lean,
It’s spirited and earnest, as Jerusalem’s serene,
Occasionally there’s a fight in Rome’s great Colosseum,
with woeful deep regrets in Tutankhamen’s old museum.
Impenetrable as the Great Wall they have built in China,
and shiny, like the Pyramids, as there is nothing finer.
Deserving of a shrine, the foot of Temple Artemis,
and Polar Ice caps melt into a soft ambient mist.
Our love is higher than the Empire State can even tower,
A jewel within the crown of Taj Mahal’s great magic power,
As colourful and Great as Barriers in Reef’s of sea,
and Grander than the Canyon where it is too deep to flee.
I still miss you very much Ken, my heart still aches x x x
