Passed away peacefully on 14th July 2026 at Yeovil District Hospital, aged 83 years.
Phyllis will be dearly missed by her husband Reg, daughter Lisa, and by all of her family, neighbours and friends.
Phyllis' funeral service will take place at Mendip Crematorium on Tuesday 11th August at 10:30am.
Family flowers only please.
