Special thanks to doctors and staff at James Cook University Hospital and staff at Teesside Hospice for the care given to Anne and to Rev. Ray Morris for his comforting prayers and service. Thanks to Ian Storey and staff for all their help and also for the many cards of condolence and donations received.
