BUTLERBUTLER. - Kai, formerly of Somerset Drive, Nuneaton, passed away peacefully in Birmingham Childrens Hospital on April 22, 2008, aged 2 1/2 years. Much loved son of Katy and Dave and a dearly loved grandson, great-grandson, nephew and cousin. Funeral service to take place at The Heart of England Crematorium on Tuesday, May 6 at 9.45am.
