Mr Sid Buxton, Linda, John, Karen, John and Abby would so very much like to most sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all the kind and considerate messages of sympathy, cards and donations received following their recent sad loss of a very dear wife, mum, nan and grandma, we would most especially like to thank all staff on Cottage Ward at the Moorlands Hospital, Leek and Julie Stutinska (Douglas Macmillan Hospice) for all her invaluable support shown throughout Merle's illness special thanks to Paul and Michael and staff at S Sigley and Sons for their help given with the funeral arrangements and also Diane for the lovely catering provided.
