Samuel JacobCANNONIt is with great sadness, the family announce the sudden death of Sam aged 36 years of Bollington on Wednesday 1st April 2026. Dearly loved dad of Kyza, much loved son of Michael and Debbie and stepson of Lynne, loving brother of Tom, Steven, Ewan and Jazz. He will be sadly missed by all his family, extended family and friends.
The funeral will take place on Friday 24th April 2026 with a Celebration of his Life at Macclesfield Crematorium at 10.00am. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent for Space4Autism.
