Andrew JamesCARMICHAELElder son of the late Maureen C and Dr. James H.E. Carmichael of Woolton Hill, Liverpool and brother of the late Dr. David Neil Carmichael, died suddenly after a long illness courageously borne on the 14th May 2024. He was a much loved uncle to Alexander, Nicholas, Christopher and Stephen and brother-in-law to Therese, Cousin to Angela Jennings, Justin, Elizabeth, Michael, Julie, Catherine, Ian, Helen, and Paul Mc Gowan who all helped to look after him in the last months of his life. Beloved nephew of Cynthia and Marie. Requiem Mass will take place at 10:30 am on Friday 14th June 2024 at Our Ladye Star of the Sea, 68, Crooms Hill, Greenwich, SE10 8HG Burial will take place on Friday 21st June 2024 following midday service at St. Mary's Church, Church Road, Woolton, Liverpool L25 5JF Family flowers only please but donations to Prostate Cancer UK in his memory are welcome. No mourning necessary.
