ChelseaCARR(Byker) Peacefully on 3rd September 2016, aged 19 years, Chelsea much loved daughter of Sharon and partner Jo, a dear sister of Ryan and Sarah, loving grand daughter of Janet. Chelsea will be sadly missed by all. Family and friends please meet at Heaton Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday 21st September at 10.30am. Family flowers only please. A donations box for Cystic Fibrosis will be available on the day.
