Passed away peacefully at home aged 81 years and will be missed by all. Thanks to Fast Response with extra thanks to Jackie, Social Services, Doctors and Receptionists at Forest Medical Centre, Mount Street. Without their help we could not have kept Grahame at home. Thanks also to friends and relatives for their cards and best wishes. Funeral service to be held Wednesday 12th November 2014, at Cannon Hill Chapel, Canley Crematorium at 12:45pm.
