ShirleyCARTER(nee BLACKBURN) December 18, 2015. Peacefully at the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary after a long illness, Shirley aged 80 years of Crosland Moor. Dearly loved wife of Jack, much loved mum of Diane, dear mother-in-law of Lewis and cherished grandma of Katie, James and Eva. Funeral service and committal to take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday December 30th at 10.30am. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Shirley may be made to Dementia UK, a plate for which shall be available at the service. Will all family and friends please meet at the crematorium.
