Thanks to Rev Martin Abrams who led the service with such warmth and compassion. Thanks also to Brookfields Funeral Directors for their professionalism and care at this sad time, also to the catering staff at Scarisbrick Bowling Club. Our sincere thanks to all the professional staff who supported Sylvia through her illness and a very special thank you to the Queenscourt Day Centre Volunteers and carers at Lyndale Nursing Home whose care, kindness and compassion undoubtedly brightened the last year of Sylvia's life.
