Beautiful brave young lady , you will be deeply missed , known you from the age of 2 Emma , you use to come into to Jemma’s hospital room and play , we had some laughs with the both of you , I’ve watched you grow into young lady you had become .

I wish to extend my sincere condolences to Emma’s Parents April, Jeff, and to her lovely daughter and all of Emmas extended Family,
- after hearing very sadly that beautiful brave Emma had died.

I am a Children’s Nurse, one of a Multidisciplinary Team of professionals who cared for Emma over many years, from a tiny premature baby, and saw her grow and develop into the lovely young woman, and later the caring mother she became - against all the odds! and challenges she endured during her precious life.

I feel privileged to have known Emma and Family.

She was a wonderful strong determined spirit!

I will always hold Emma’s memory close to my heart, and will pray for the Peaceful repose of her soul, as I do all the children I have nursed over time, until we all meet again.

Night God Bless Emma, you can breathe easy now!!
