CATHERINE BURKEBURKE CATHERINE (CATH) January 19, 2011 John and Bob wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for their sympathy, support and kindness following there recent bereavement. Special thanks to our neighbour Mrs Amanda Nutt for the help and care she rendered to Cath in the weeks leading up to her death, and to the members of Staff of the Rehabilitation Team from Southport Hospital, Allcare, Community Care Limited and the District Nurses, for the services they rendered during that difficult period. Thanks also to Monsignor Jack Kennedy and Father Phillip Gregory from Holy Family Church for conducting a most fitting Funeral Service and to everyone who attended it, or sent cards, flowers and/or donations. Finally, special thanks to the Staff of Porters for making the Funeral arrangements and the Carvery House for organising the Funeral buffet.
