George was one of a kind. Although there was a small age gap between us, he became a true friend, and I'll always be grateful for that. We met through our allotments, where he was always ready with a smile, a kind word and a friendly chat.
George was a true gentleman – always kind, polite and thoughtful. He treated everyone with warmth and respect, and it was a privilege to know him. I'll miss our conversations and seeing him at the allotments.
