Pauline AnitaCHAMBERSTommy wishes to thank all relatives, especially Auntie Ann, Hazel, cousin Sharon and Jodie, friends, neighbours and work colleagues, for kindness and sympathy shown during his sudden, sad bereavement. Special thanks to Dr Kardasz at the Renal Unit, Doctor Bilous of the Diabetic Care Centre, Doctors and Staff of Ward 2, James Cook University Hospital, Dr A Smith of the Garth Surgery and District Nurses, all for the care given to Pauline.
