CHAPMAN JOY HAZELThe family of the late Joy Hazel Chapman wish to thank all of those friends who sent the vast number of cards of condolence. We especially wish to thank all those who made Joys last painful months more comfortable especially the Hospice at Home nurses from Farleigh, the District Nurses, Dr. Mac Gregor and the Macmillan nurse all of who gave her tremendous care. Special thanks to Rev. John Mann for his frequent comforting visits over the last trying weeks of her life and for the beautiful moving funeral service he conducted.
