CHAPMAN(nee Hewitt) Shirley Jane Chris and lads would like to thank everyone for the cards, messages of sympathy, beautiful floral tributes and donations for Cancer Research UK received on their recent sad loss of Shirley. Special thanks to Mr. S. Crank and the Doctors and staff at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital for their devoted care and kindness, Rev Alisdair Laird and Anne for their support and comforting service and to Alastair Huteson and staff for the caring and professional funeral arrangements.
