JohnCHAPMANDerick of Callis Street, Clare; passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 19th November 2015, aged 83 years. Dearly loved husband to Gillian, much loved dad to Barry and Chris, a loving grandad and great-grandad, and a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service at Clare United Reformed Church on Monday 7th December at 11.30am, followed by interment in the Cemetery. Flowers or if wished donations for Cancer Research U.K. may be sent c/o H. J.
