AlanCHAPPELLIt is with deep sadness we announce that Alan Chappell aged 81 years, passed away peacefully at home after a long illness patiently endured without complaint.
Much loved husband to Hazel, brother to the late Sylvia Lancaster, dad to Garry and Nick, father in law to Amanda, grandad to Matthew and Abigail, Stepdad to Richard and Alan, step-grandad to Sheridan, William, Freddie and Eva.
For most of his life he was a farm worker and latterly a keen gardener, also a long time member and good friend of Beacon Hill Allotments and Shenandoah Country and Western Music Club.
Would family and friends please meet at Salvation Army, Duncombe Street, Grimsby on Monday the 15th of December 2025 at 1pm for the service. A private committal will take place following.
All manner of dress accepted.
