MauriceCHETTLEBURGHCHETTLEBURGH - MAURICE JOHN. Vivienne and Martin are very grateful to family, friends, neighbours and John's colleagues for their many expressions of sympathy in their sad loss of John, for overwhelming kindness and generosity and for cards, letters, calls and flowers. Special thanks for the donations to the Rhyl Music Club and to St Michael's Church which amounted to the wonderful sum of £1,000. John was given every care and attention by the Renal Unit staff at Glan Clwyd Hospital, by nursing staff of wards 2 and 14 and by staff and porters at Clatterbridge Hospital, which was greatly appreciated by the family. Their thanks go also to Dr S McCormack of Abergele Surgery for his continuing care during John's illness and to the Rev. Shirley Griffiths - together with Canon Philip Williams - for the lovely service, attended by over 200 people, testimony to the high regard in which John was held. Very special thanks to Margaret and Stan for their loving care and support, over the last month in particular. The Funeral Arrangements were handled sensitively by E Emrys Morris & Son Funeral Services.
