Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on 23rd August 2025 aged 81 years.
The Clarke family will be holding a Celebration of Fred's life, open to all family and friends, at Mendip Crematorium on Thursday 18th September at 11:30 am. Colourful clothing is welcome.
Family flowers only please. Donations can be kindly made online via this notice in the donation box below or cheques, made payable to The League of Friends Musgrove Park Hospital or The Woodland Trust, may be forwarded to Forsey and Son Funeral Directors, Willowfields, Lowerside Lane, Glastonbury, BA6 9GY.
