Ian FrancisCLARKEIt is with a broken heart I announce the death of my lovely brother Ian. He was funny, strong, clever, with a sharp wit. My memories of growing up with him are happy ones. He suffered terribly as an adult with his mental health. I'm so glad he had his best times in town in the 80s. You are finally free Ian of all you suffered, you will always be loved.
