Peacefully passed away on Sunday 8th February aged 82 years, after a life well lived.

Cherished dad to Chad, a loving grandfather to Sienna and Lila and a life long close friend to Lesley.

Jack's presence will be sadly missed but his spirit lives on in the memories that we hold.

Can family and friends please meet on
Tuesday 24th February at
Tynemouth Crematorium at 3.00pm.
