Loving Wife to Husband Craig of 27 years.
Loving Mum to Sam, Joe and Chloe.
Devoted Nanna to Freddie and Luca.

Forever in our heart. Will be forever missed xxxxxx

Service to be held at Chanterlands Crematorium (large chapel) on Monday 17th November at 12:30pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired, may be left after the service in Lesley's memory for Parkinson's UK.

Sis I still can’t believe you have left us, you wasn't just my big sister you were my best friend and like a mam to me, who can I talk to now.
