Loving Mam of Rosina and the late John, in laws John & Julie, Nanna of Daniel, Rachel, Hayley, Louise & Felicity and Nanna Hazel to Megan, Thomas, Harry, Grace, Elijah, Olympia, Cicely, Eliza & Florence.
Now reunited with Beloved Husband Bernard and late Son John.
Funeral service to be held at Eastern Chapel, Hull on
Monday 29th December at 12noon followed by interment in
Eastern Cemetery.
Family flowers only but donations may be left in Hazel's memory after the service.
Family request that formal funeral attire is not necessary.
