Elsie was a lovely lady always looked after other residents if they needed anything , our home isn’t the same without her smiling and singing. With love from Geraldine and all the staff at meavyview care home rest in peace. XX

Elsie was a lovely lady and a good friend of my mum Irene and her sisters. I remember visiting Elsie & Jim when I was little. They lived off Crawford Street I think. When she lived at Fieldway she used to knock on at our house on Weston Avenue and ask if Kirsty would play the piano for her.. Fly high Sweet Angel Elsie. xxx

RIP Elsie. Lovely lady. I used to do her hair between 86-88 while I was training to be a hairdresser. Loved chatting to her, she always chatted loads to me outside of my training too. Sending condolences to her family and friends at this sad time.
