Jake (Derek)COENBeloved Husband of Nicky and Uncle to James and Patrick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday 2nd March 2021. Funeral to take place on 22nd March. Family flowers only, donations can be made to the Stroke Association. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
